Rebecca Brewington is a specialist in governance and institutional strengthening with more than 20 years of experience managing programs in Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Asia.
She is a 1996 alumna of New England College and the 2025 recipient of the Deborah Spring Reed 鈥�60 Outstanding Alumni Achievement Award.
